When is the deadline to order?

FuelMe works with a model where you have to order the week beforehand to get the meals delivered to you the week after. You can order until Thursday 9 PM for next week's delivery. We update our rotating menu on a weekly basis.

Why is there a deadline?

We source all the ingredients fresh before the delivery day and do not freeze anything. Working with an order deadline eliminates food waste and makes sure we can select ingredients of the highest quality to prepare the meals.

What days of the week do you deliver and at what time?

We deliver meals on Mondays and Wednesdays to your pick-up point. We place them in the fridge and you can grab them from 05:30 PM onwards. Have a look at our current pick-up points.

Do I pay for delivery?

Delivery to your selected pick-up point is free and included in the price.

How is FuelMe different from other meal delivery services?

Many services provide you with the raw ingredients and recipe suggestions, where you have to cook the meal yourself. FuelMe offers you a bag of ready-made, clean meals prepared with quality ingredients. No cooking or grocery shopping required.

Can I order any number of meals that I like? 

You can fill up your shopping cart with any amount of meals you wish. The minimum order value is €35. You can also order a try-out meal. Besides our meals, you can choose vegetarian meals, salads or add-ons such as breakfast and snacks.

Can I order all my meals for one delivery day?

Yes, you can! You can divide your meals over the delivery days as you see fit. If you want all meals for Monday, all for Wednesday or divide them over both days - it's up to you, champ. 

Do you have recurring orders, like a subscription model? 

Yes, we do! With our subscription model, you select the number of meals you would like to get delivered every week. You can give specific preferences and we will make sure those meals get delivered to you. You save 15% on our regular meal pricing and you can skip orders or cancel your subscription at any time.

Can I cancel my order? 

You can cancel your order for a full refund before the order deadline on Thursday. You can get drop us a message at any time. If you are on a subscription and want to skip one week, you need to skip it before the order deadline. After the order deadline cancellations are not possible anymore. You can make your friends, girlfriend, boyfriend or parents happy with tasty food for the upcoming week. 

How long do the meal stay fresh?

The meals stay good for up to 3 days after delivery. 

Are your meals frozen?

Frozen? Hell no. Our meals are always fresh and prepared as close to the delivery day as possible (during the night before and on the morning of delivery). Simply heat up for 90 seconds and you are good to go. If you need to, you can freeze meals to eat and enjoy later.

How do I reheat the meals? 

The packaging is microwaveable, the plastic foil is not. You can also take the food out of the package and reheat it on a plate in a microwave for 2-3 minutes. If microwave technology is not your favourite, you can heat it in a pan which will preserve the taste the most. All meals are prepared in that way that after 2-3 minutes of heating they are perfect for eating. Some meals can be eaten cold, such as our salads.

Is your packaging biodegradable? 

Our packaging is eco-friendly and after a quick rinse, it can easily be recycled with your cardboard.

What happens to my meals if I don't pick them up? 

If you are not able to pick up your meals, you still have the chance to get them the day after the delivery day (so, Tuesday and Thursday). If on Wednesday and Friday we see bags from the previous delivery day still in the fridge, we will quickly contact you to check if you forgot your meals.

I have allergies. How do I know I am safe to eat the meals?

Each menu comes with a full ingredient list on our website. So you know exactly what you are ordering. If you want to be completely sure what you are ordering suits you, you can always ask us

I would like to try it, but I am not sure whether I will like the meals.

I am not a member or client at one of your pick-up points, can I still order meals?

Yes, you can. The pick-up points are not exclusively for the members. They want to eat tasty food just like you, so don't be shy.
